Terms of Service

By creating a Taptend account or booking through a Taptend link, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older and provide accurate details.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure.
• You may close your account at any time.

For providers

• You set your own services, prices, deposits, and availability.
• You are responsible for delivering the services you advertise.
• Taptend charges a flat 5% fee on each successful payment you collect. There is no subscription.
• Payouts to your bank account are handled by Stripe and typically arrive within 1–2 working days.

For clients

• You agree to the deposit and cancellation terms shown at checkout.
• Deposits are charged by the provider’s Stripe account.

Acceptable use

You must not use Taptend for anything illegal, to mislead clients, or to evade the platform fee. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Liability

Taptend is a tool to help you take bookings and payments. We are not a party to the contract between you and your client, and we are not liable for the services provided.

Changes

We may update these terms and will continue to make them available here. Material changes will be announced in the app.
